How your personal data are processed – retention period – legal basis

The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses of the Data Controller indicated on the website, as well as private messages sent by users to the relevant institutional profiles/pages on social media (where this option is available), entails the collection of the sender’s contact data, necessary to respond, as well as any personal data included in the communications.

These data will be processed by the Data Controller exclusively for the purpose of, and for the period strictly necessary to, manage interactions with users, in the performance of its public interest tasks or otherwise connected to the exercise of its public powers.

Who may have access to your personal data
