The Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri – Dipartimento per la Trasformazione Digitale, located at Largo Pietro di Brazzà 86, 00187 Rome, has created this website with the aim of contributing to the growth and coordination of a community interested in the development of code that supports the operation of online public administration services.

The Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri – Dipartimento per la Trasformazione Digitale uses social media for institutional purposes, to increase transparency and awareness of its activities: informing, communicating, listening, and publishing institutional content.

The content published includes images, videos, press releases, service information, news about the Department’s activities, as well as opportunities for citizen engagement and participation.

The Department is committed to managing spaces for communication and dialogue within its profiles, constantly monitored across different social media platforms, asking users to follow a few simple rules:

  • users are expected to express their opinions fairly, respectfully, and in a measured manner;

  • on social media, everyone is responsible for the content they publish and the opinions they express. Insults, vulgarity, offensive language, threats, or any discriminatory, violent, or defamatory behavior will not be tolerated;

  • published content must always respect the privacy of individuals. References to facts or details that are not publicly relevant and that infringe on the personal sphere of others must be avoided;

  • the relevance of topics to the activities of the Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri is essential: these spaces cannot be used for purposes other than institutional ones;

  • promote or support illegal activities, or violate copyright or third-party rights.

For users who repeatedly violate these conditions, the platform’s policies, or otherwise compromise system security, the Department reserves the right to ban or block them (where possible, after a first warning) to prevent further interventions, and to report the user to the platform administrators and, if necessary, to law enforcement.
